- You make the first payment with iDEAL. After that we collect the monthly amount automatically.
- You can cancel any month. The period you paid for simply runs to its end.
- Upgrading takes effect right away and you keep everything you made.

What does Usuals cost?
It's free up to 30 customers. Starter is €19 and Business €29 per month, VAT included. Enterprise is on request. All plans are on the pricing page.
How do I pay?
You make the first payment with iDEAL. That also authorises us to collect the monthly amount automatically after that. Payments run through Mollie, and your invoices are in your dashboard.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel monthly in your dashboard, with no notice period. The month you paid for simply runs to its end. After that you move back to Free: existing cards keep working.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrading takes effect right away and you keep everything you made. When you move to a smaller plan, all your customers' cards keep working. Only new sign ups above that plan's limit are held back.
What if a payment fails?
You get an email and keep your plan for 7 more days, so you can sort it out. If it still fails after that, the Free limits apply. Existing cards keep working.
