A loyalty card without medical data
How it works in your place
Nothing sensitive on the card
The card only shows a first name, the stamps and the reward. No treatment, no diagnosis, no date of birth.
Fits a course of treatments
Pick a card with 6 stamps and plenty of time between two stamps, say 72 hours. That way every appointment counts once.
Data agreements in writing
You are responsible for your client data, Usuals processes it on your behalf. The data processing agreement comes with your account.

Questions from clinics
Can I use a loyalty card in healthcare?
Insured care has its own rules on discounts and gifts. The card is meant for treatments your clients pay for themselves. If in doubt, check with your professional association.
Which data do I ask my clients for?
Only a first name at sign up. Email address and birthday are optional. There are no fields for medical data, and that is on purpose.
