Careful with data
All data is stored on servers in the EU and we work under the GDPR. Your customers only give their first name, and if they like, their email address and birthday.
- Your customer data belongs to you. Export or delete it whenever you like.
- Customers see and delete their own data through a link on the card.
- The QR code on the card holds a signed code, never a customer number.
- The assistant works with pseudonymised data: no names, no email addresses.

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code on your poster, type their first name and tap Add to your Wallet. The card is then in Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. No app, no account, no password.
Can a customer get two stamps in one day?
By default a card gets one stamp per 12 hours. We check that on the server, so even when two colleagues scan at once or an offline scan comes in later, it stays one stamp. The scanner then says something like: This card was stamped today. Next stamp from 16:40. You set the time per card, or turn it off.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel monthly in your dashboard, with no notice period. The month you paid for simply runs to its end. After that you move back to Free: existing cards keep working.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. You are responsible for your customers' data, we process it on your behalf. That is set out in the data processing agreement. Export your customers as CSV or delete them whenever you like. We sell nothing and never contact your customers ourselves.
